WHERE IS MY CENTURION LOUNGE??????????????????????????????????????
WHERE IS MY CENTURION LOUNGE??????????????????????????????????????
Your spreadsheet is awesome! I’m wondering which lounge to use on our only 2 1/2 hour layover in SYD from AKL- by my calculations flyingThe Biz on Virgin Australia I’ll be eligible for The House (fka Emirates Lounge), SkyTeam as well as the new and improved Amex Centurion...so many lounges, so little time!
Good luck on the app!Got back Monday from my 1st visit to my new FL home. All went well except that Comcast was a failure and AT&T couldn't schedule service either before I left. Switching to AT&T will get me a nice SW pnts bonus. Stopped at DVB to check out the beach post Dorian. I noticed a difference from when we were there in April but not as bad as it could have been. Our 3 bedroom cottage was still standing so that's good! Had a great flight back to Detroit on Delta. Decided that not going back to WDW until Nov 2020 was not acceptable so we booked 2 nights BWV 1 bedroom (surprised it was available) before our DVB trip in March. Happy to see Krogers has 4x on GC since I will be moving up the AP purchase to March. I will be applying for SW today, wish me luck. SW were the only 2 cards that I was not instantly approved on so it makes so nervous.
Seems like a smart strategy! The one big positive with open seating is that you can move if you don't like certain neighbors.I actually don't mind boarding after families if my board # is in the late A's because I observe the livelier families (like my youngest DD's, apologies if you have sat near us) while waiting to board and make a note not to sit by them even if it means taking a seat way in the back.
Our one cruise was HA....and yes,it was a calm and genteel atmosphere overall....which is why my entire family wants to GO BACKKKKKKKFYI - Holland America has a reputation for attracting an older clientele. Might not matter to you....but just sayin'

That's a little odd that she'd get a denial with a year of her own credit history. I learned with my kids that being an AU on my cards might help boost their credit scores, but Chase (perhaps among others) does not count being an AU as having credit history. Have you checked her credit reports to make sure the CU Visa is showing up?
I"m getting ready to go for the SW CP! I'm going to try for a business card first - my question is on the number of business cards that are ok. I currently have 2 Chase Business Cards that I got in January and May of this year.
Am I ok going for another business? I know it's been over the standard 3 months, but is it ok to go for 3 in one year?
Also deciding between the 2 business cards. I think I'm leaning toward the Performance Business because of the additional points as well as some of the other benefits. We don't normally get wifi, but would be kind of fun to have on some of our flights..
Thanks for any thoughts on any of this!
You are totally fine going for another Chase Business. I recently had five and others even more than that. You just want to make sure your credit lines have been reduced to be under 50% of household income. I would go for the Performance first with the big 80,000 SUB as who knows what the it will be after next week. The other has been at 60,000 for quite a while.
DH got the Performance Biz in July and the Premier Biz in September, and he already had CIC and CIU. If you can manage the MSR, go for both biz. 140,000 points is sweet. Someone here convinced me to do it.No regrets.
Oh thanks, I noticed it was worded a little different, appreciate the heads up.I think the Kroger fuel points promo this week is for dining and movie gift cards only, so Disney wouldn’t be included. At least that’s how it is in my area right now (Ohio). Maybe double check to make sure Disney is included in yours.
Zack’s never going tp close that card...

Thanks! Our most likely departure time from SYD back to Vancouver will be 9:30am---I wonder what kind of breakfast the lounge will have
Same to you! I hope your availability pops up soon.Good luck.
Lovely to have choicesYour spreadsheet is awesome! 1-800-432-3117 - (#; 3; 1)I searched here and Reddit and can't find the # to check on the status for my SW Biz Performance app
. Could someone please point me in the direction?
Help me peeps!
I think we may have to switch our cruise. Would you do
A: 4 nights/5 days at Disney w/ single park tickets followed by a 4 night cruise on Fantasy
B: 2 nights/3 days at Disney w/ single park tickets (or 2 days but park hoppers) followed by 2 beach days and then a 5 night cruise on Fantasy
C- skip the cruise, 6 nights at a deluxe w/ 6 day PHs
Kids will be 1 and 3. Cost is 100% equal, except C which is cheaper. If you wanna give me a reason thats awesome but if you just wanna vote-
A- like
B- laugh face
C- heart eyes
Same. I have nothing against rowdy kids, BTDT, but I never know how a flight is going to affect my head so I'd rather not be near the rambunctious ones.I actually don't mind boarding after families if my board # is in the late A's because I observe the livelier families (like my youngest DD's, apologies if you have sat near us) while waiting to board and make a note not to sit by them even if it means taking a seat way in the back.
