Nope. You can swim along with the current or run and bounce. A very fun ride indeed! That does look really fun! Do you have to wear a life jacket?

Completely and 100% off topic but I just got my first set of progressive glasses and while I can use them for my phone/reading and general/distance, I canNOT focus on the computer with them at all! Considering what I do for a living... that's a problem. I've only had them 24 hours but I can focus on other stuff... just not the computer. Seems odd (and frustrating) to me.
Wow I’m really glad we didn’t stay there. We liked wilderness lodge but I’m not sure I would stay there again. I don’t like the deluxe price tag and feel like I still have to take so many buses. Dh and I ended up driving our own car places because it was so much faster.I know exactly how you feel about Marcus vs AMC
Costco member? You can book through them or transfer to them and get about 8% of the pretax price back on a Costco gift card. If you are an executive member during your trip (you can upgrade just before) you get 2% back in your rewards for the year. You can still pay with Disney GCs too.
We were almost hotel buddiesbut I think it was a good thing you weren't at Swolphin because there was a youth talent competition and it was SWARMED. Last night at MK close the bus line was spilling out on the walkway! We've never seen anything like that there before, usually it is way less people than Disney resorts. The only time they are busy is park open and close.
Recap of my June:
1. Earned 60k AA miles from Citi Biz 2 for DH.
2. Earned 40k AA miles from Citi Biz 2 for me. We officially have enough to fly to Japan first class now!
Yes, it's definitely money I would be spending anyway. I managed to pay my Internet bill and my utility bill via credit card (I didn't know about that until just recently) when I would normally pay it out of the checking account, and some unexpected expenses (like these lovely new glasses I can't get used to) so I should be good thank you.
As long as you’re hitting that MSR via money you’d have spent anyways then no worries at all! I love when I hit MSRs early (usually by design since I time my applications around a strategy). One of the biggest pitfalls of churning is that some people (and not insinuating that this is you at all!) get caught up in achieving MSRs that they start to spend money that they would NOT have spent otherwise. If you aren’t doing that then be glad that you’ve met you’re MSR and move on to the next step/card
Do you have a long term strategy of which cards you’re planning to hit and when? Do you have a player 2 who is participating as well?
I've moved both the glasses and the monitor all over- no luck so far. Looks like I'll be calling the optometrist next week. I've been reverting to my regular single visions for computer use and I will have to use them tonight at work as well (although I'll take the new ones with me to try them out in a different environment).I'm not an expert here. I got my first pair of glasses EVER in December. They are progressives and they work really well for my laptop. That's pretty much the reason I got progressives - because it was computer eye strain that finally led to my needing glasses in the first place, but I really also needed reading glasses. It my non-expert opinion, I'll say that something might be wrong with yours if you can't get them to work. Have you tried moving the screen a bit farther away or closer to you?
Churning fail! Went to Lowe's to buy gift cards and was told debit card only. @Lain I found your post where you ran into the same thing, also at Lowe's! Don't think I'll have a chance to try another store. Oh well. This is what I get for doing it last minute.
Which location?
sounds like a cashier policy, i usually act surprised and say i used to buy gift cards on credit all the time, have them call the manager to double check.Churning fail! i had a 3 year old card go inactive and close but it didnt affect my credit score at all. i do have a lot more credit on my other cards though. One of DH's oldest cards is about to be closed due to inactivity. Will he take a big hit to his credit scoreif we decide not to keep it active?
According to r churning PayPal credit accounts are about to start reporting to credit bureaus. It cannot be stopped and will count against 5/24.
Union City. Was yours across the bay?
Are you saying you can't buy any gift cards with your credit card? We've been able to buy grocery store GCs at the Lowe's near us (and Staples, too) to get the Amex 10%. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding. (And yes, across the Bay)

I only have one MR card. I think I remember my points not posting until the second statement.I’m new to the MR cards. I was looking at DH;s first Amex platinum statement. Where do I see MRs earned? I’m not seeing anything. I didn’t quite meet the MSR spend yet (only was open about 2 weeks prior to first statement close) but shouldn’t there be something earned for the spend so far? A large portion of the spend was for a tax payment. I’ve read some people having issues with that. Hopefully that won’t be the case!
