Yeah @magickingdomprincess - itβs been on r/churning multiple times recently. Hereβs one such instance:According to a DP today from r/churning, you're not the only one. I'd post a link, but I'm not getting an option to paste on mobile, oddly...
Ok, trying to catch up (as usual) but popping in for a quick question. I received two notices from Credit Karma (1 today and 1 yesterday) saying I've been added as an authorized user by JPMCB. I shouldn't have any new accounts and shouldn't have been added to any new accounts. Has anyone else received these notices? I noticed Chase changed their name from Chase Bank to JPMCB, could that be what's driving it? I called Chase but the department that can help is of course closed until Tuesday. I'm freaking out a bit, has this happened to anyone else?
Despite being a prime candidate for the popup, I've never seen it, and I always attributed that to having a running balance on a 0% card most of last year.
I don't do FB at all but I like that we can some different reactions to a post without actually quoting the post and responding.Very Facebook-y
Interesting. I've researched it on the points guy and he writes about all the pop ups. It was one of the standard ones. I can't remember the exact language. The only Amex I've had that I actually used was the Costco one. Maybe they know I'm just in it for the points. I'll try again in a month when I hit the 90 day mark and see what happens. I actually would use this card. I put my mom in an assisted living 3 years ago She's in a different state and I stay at the Hampton and Embassy suites regularly when I go to visit.Ok, the popup for number of cards I've seen before, but also for using 0% offers? Is that new?
I had no issue rolling through almost all of Amex's MR cards last year, and I've continued to collect Hilton cards this year, including the NLL offers. DW had this message yesterday - I have gone through her accounts on CK and I can't see anything wrong.....so I think this is some kind of error relating to the change to JPMCB.
Did you set up new watched threads? I hadn't done that before but I did on this new version. I've undone it because it kept telling me when someone had posted something and it'd been a bit since I was here. I don't need more notifications for this threadBut I can see how it'd be super helpful on trip reports, threads that don't get a lot of posts or something you want to make sure not to miss.

Ok, so glad I'm not the only one! Will call Tues to double check but I can stop freaking out now! Thanks for the replies!
Had a busy Sat with DD's bday party. With all the rain we've been having we were scrambling around trying to figure out what to do if it rained since her party was outside. Luckily the weather held out and the only problem was one road closed due to high water. Now both little one's parties are over and we can focus on getting ready for our UO/ WDW trip in 10 days!

We try to hold to 3 months on biz cards but with a personal, you could do 2 months. Part of that would depend on your recent applications over the past 12-15 months and your overall pacing.Chase Question:
I got my CIP in April. How long should I wait if I want to apply for a CSP?
My dh and I both got these emails (says I was added as a AU'er on 4 accounts and dh on 1). We've checked our reports and there is nothing there. I'm baffled by it.Ok, trying to catch up (as usual) but popping in for a quick question. I tried applying for the Hilton ascend today. I got a message saying I wouldn't qualify for the bonus points due to the number of reward cards and 0% APR offers in the past. I have had four Amex cards. One was over 10 years ago and was cancelled. Another was 5 years ago and has been cancelled. I had they Costco amex. Of course that cancelled when they switched to Citi. I did get a Delta sky miles card 2 months ago. Is that the issue. I thought you could apply for two cards in 90 days, but I read on one sight that they'll deny the bonus points if it's within 90 days. The article I read was from 3 years ago. Does anybody know?

I've only had the Delta card for 2 months and I spent enough to get the bonus. The costco card I used every day while I had it. It was automatically cancelled when Citi took over. The other two I hardly used. It's been over 10 years since the first one and over 5 for the second. The could be still active. I just assume they are not. I have a lot of freaking cards. 2 Barclays, 5 Chase, 1 capital one, 3 amex and 2 Citi. I use the Capital one and 3 of the Chase cards. I have a 168,000 dollars of credit available. My credit score is 818. I love to travel and it's hard to pass up the bonuses. You got the dreaded bonus denial pop up.
When were your 3 other cards canceled?
What was your spend like on those 3 cards?
What's your spend like on the Delta SkyMiles card?
So you originally said your CIP was in April. Checking the comment history though, it seems you were actually approved on March 4th for that cardI'll give you a bit more information to see what you think is "safe."
