I think it would really depend on your recent card applications and pacing with Chase. I'd hesitate to say go for both - other than the risk that this loophole gets closed there's really no other good reason to do that. You could easily get 1, work on the MSR, then get the other. Again though, depending on your recent cards AND your future strategy, there could be a reason to go for both if the strategy supports that.WWYD DH and I will both be 4/24 end of month. Both in good positions to apply for CIP #2. I have 2 chase biz, he has one. Would you play it safe and just apply him since I house all URs? Or apply me since I’ve had more mileage with Chase? Or throw caution to the wind and both apply???
