You can get ones with a bag and/or silicone tip. Who knew! Think I may get the fun ones with the bag for travel since we just have the boring silver bent for at home haha

I just bought some very similar to these at TJMaxx last week, mine are black. I like these better. Mine are just a tad too short for my Artic cup. We have some silicone and some poly, but I hate them both and refuse to use them. I'm liking these metal ones better. Maybe I can stop going to Ikea just for plastic straws now lol

This has been our experience as well. International drive is better and less crowded. IMO.

We went to Vineland because tim tracker exclusively goes there and talks about how good it is. The dory hat I got was $5 at international and was being sold for $8 at Vineland.

I only use the plastic straw that came with my tumbler at home and I use it for water too. I don’t chew gum either but for a different reason. My enamel is bad on my back teeth and gum does terrible things to my teeth. My dentist described it as a zing and that’s exactly what it feels like. I can feel it go all the way through to my gums. It happens when I eat too much sugar at once too (like gummies).

Xylitol gum is what the dentist recommended us to use and the kids.

So I can refer DH to the CIP on 9-5 to be safe since his last card was 6/4. Do I self refer for CIP 4 on 5/14 or do I wait till 9-? after DH gets his CIP to refer me for CIP 4? then that will put me at 12? to apply for SW biz. Then when should I apply for the SW priority to get the CP?

in the meantime any recommendations for a non chase card? have about a week and then I'll meet the spend on the SW card so would like to apply this week for a new card.

And so glad you had such an awesome Jiro experience. Glancing at your menu definitely convinced me I am not an adventurous enough sushi eater to give it a go, though. Will have to be satisfied with living this one vicariously through you, lol. Excited to hear about the rest of your trip...

You are in for a treat. JAL first is a very decadent experience--and one I could easily get used to, LOL. As for Jiro... really the menu looks much more adventuresome than the food tastes. There wasn't anything that I was "meh" about or thought tasted odd (or an "acquired" taste, LOL). DS devoured everything. But it's definitely an expensive experience so you'd want to be up for it.

Yeah, but it makes ZERO sense. This order that was delivered today was for one $500 gift card, the one FedEx lost. That is the only one listed in the order confirmation on my Sams account and in my email, yet the envelope has all the others ones and that one LOL.

Silly stuff, human error but enough to drive you nuts. Last winter I ordered 3 phone chargers, they all shipped separately. Got an email 2 arrived, got home to find one on the porch. Tracking said 2. Went to the post office who assured me they were delivered, must have been stolen off my porch, they are only scanned “at your porch” not in the truck, so I was out of luck (who is dumb enough to steal one package from someone’s porch when 2 are sitting there? Plus you can’t see my porch stairs where the package was from the street, so no one would know there’s a package to steal). 3 or 4 days later, 2 chargers are delivered so no, they never delivered 2 the first time.

Need opinions on the Swan hotel. Anyone stayed there recently?

Love Swan and Dolphin. Only reason we prefer Dolphin is Fuel & Picabu are there and not at Swan. Uber back and forth (don’t be tempted to use the taxi stand because it is quicker and they are already waiting. Cost me twice as much)

I expected it to happen yesterday since I got approved and asked to expedite it before 10am est yesterday but nothing yet. So Tuesday I guess. Only have online stuff to spend with it at the moment though I have to figure plastiq out tomorrow so I can pay my mortgage and student loan. At least with chase I only need the MC for my mortgage right? I can pay the student loan with the card through plastiq?

On the Bonbon new card front: received a new card for DH who is an employee on my Biz account, but haven’t gotten one for my card lol. DH also hasn’t gotten a new card for his affinity. Very strange.

MDE question that I’m hoping some of you can help me with:

I currently have all three separate reservations on my MDE for in laws, my mom, and DH and I. I will be the one booking all ADRs and 60 day FPs. However, I know that my mom and BIL would like to have the app on their phone to look up wait times and order food, and they will also branch out to some different parks some days and may want to make some FPs. Can they have their own MDE account with their reservation number plugged in and it not mess up me making FPs for them for the days I know we’ll be together? I just don’t want them to create their own account and suddenly I can’t book FPs for all 6 of us at once.
