Thank you... I was instantly approved online last week and was merely trying to activate it. Just a very weird situation. It seems to have worked... hope it's just that it was my first one.I had the same issue with my first Chase business card. It declined me on the website and said to call. When I called I got someone for personal cards/accounts, transferred to business person and the rest is history. I think you should be fine![]()
Waiting on them to combine my online access so I just have one sign in.
Made the first purchase- paying the Cox internet bill online. Off to see if such an option also exists with Centurylink for the landline... yes I still have one of those

Don't remember how I got it to stop on the first card. I may one day call to see if all the email weirdness can be corrected but it's more a quirky annoyance at the moment - which seems to describe most of the biz side of Chase. Why can't their personal and biz teams have a talk??
