I've wondered why there are no 'how'd we do' cards in our villas at any of the DVC's. I read all these posts of folks being upset due to lack of housekeeping/maintence issues when perhaps they weren't aware. Think of the pressure these poor folks in housekeeping are under knowing there's some DVC member frothing at the mouth to get checked in at 8 or 9am instead of the 3 or 4pm. No wonder they're knocking on our doors at 8am!
(My first visit to DVC, I wondered why there were so many 'privacy please' tags hanging on the doors, well, I learned fast). I'd love to see one of those little notecards so we could let DVC know that perhaps a lightbulb's out, doorknob broken, etc. Disney's satisfaction would be higher if they'd be proactive instead of reactive. Who wants to spend time on their well earned vacation having to call maintence/housekeeping and dealing with them vs being in the parks?
Yes, I know some of us get postcards for a survey, but I've all but forgotten which CM was extra nice 2 weeks after my vacation.
