I just left them after picking them up from the airport. The boys were firmly clutching their Donald Duck and Goofy doll. Both boys professed Goofy was their all-time favorite- their father said Goofy used to be number one until Goofy made passes at his wife at the Liberty Tavern- but no hard feelings
We had an hour riding to their home to get an earful- Favorite Ride: Caleb, Rock-n-roller coaster; Noah-the "slow" car ride through an Epcot ride; Mom-Peter Pan ride, Dad-Rock-n-roller gets his vote, too. Favorite Restaurant: Mom:Chef Mickey's Dad: Hoop-de-do-Review
Caleb: Sci-Fi at MGM and Noah: Goofy- he said he knew you don't eat him he just liked him. Poor Noah (5) cried when they had to leave- he told me he wanted to live there. I said "Where- the castle?" He said, "No, I want to live at the lodge." Their stay at the Wilderness Lodge was nothing less than exceptional. They loved their trading pins they received in the goodie box and are now official traders- and they all loved getting their passports stamped at Epcot. Now, if they could just find a way to talk their grandparents and family here in Memphis to move to Orlando with them- do you think they could find a job for Noah at the Wilderness Lodge? Feeding the otters perhaps? Jenn will be going through her digital camera with her 164 photos to determine which to put on the website- I'll post the website as soon as we have it running! Thanks to all of you who made this such a magical trip for Jennifer and Thaine- they both agreed that their trip was so smooth that it had to have been blessed by God and felt everyone's gifts surround them throughout their week at Disney. Her one big splurge item was a Mickey Mouse toaster that she could use to make Mickey toast and that plays Mickey Mouse music when the toast pops up- just a daily reminder of the incredible gifts you all allowed for their family. Thank you!! I'll post the site soon!
All my love and pixie dust,
Tara
