ROTFL Doc! *bowing deeply at your applause*

:p :teeth:

I'm not Snoopy. What title do I have tied up?

Did someone mention title?

Uhhhh, nuke, if there is a tiara involved, let it go on record that I called it first. I collect 'em, ya know. :p

I still don't understand why everyone's so upset about Hauntedmansiongeek;s comments. :confused: If her father had brought the little temper tandrum girl into the Ladies room-one that had a "lobby" area, that would have been wrong. But she explained that they all went into a bathroom that one person uses at a time, and locks. That's not what this thread was about, anyway.

So HauntedmansionGeek, has your daughter had any "meltdown" experiences with little ones? Has she handled them the same way?

what does that have to do with having an adult male bring a toddler into the restroom?

You have children correct? Did you never choose to pick your battles to prevent a public meltdown? Or have you always preferred to do your disciplining in public?

Seems obvious what you want to do here Gladys and it has nothing to do with the OP.

ScarlettO, I think what you see here is that many of the current posters on this thread, now totally OT, have carried old, personal histories into the fray and are just slugging it out here on the CB, against guidelines, IMO. I had sent a moderator notice, as we have been asked to do.

I agree with you, Gail. When mine were preschoolers, I had to remove them from public places once or twice because of "meltdowns". they learned wquickly how to behave in public.

with a 3 year old's attention span, giving into the tantrum and waiting until you get home to deal with the meltdown is ineffective. by the time you get home, the child can't relate the consequences to the behavior.

Are you serious? No more than three posts ago, you said:
Or maybe you can explain why you would suddenly be referring to Nuke by a user name she formerly used on the DIS? Is she a friend of yours?
{SNIP}
Do you even know her? Or are you trusting information being fed to you by others has anything remotely to do with reality?

So what, it's OK for you to call someone on an old/alternate username (which, BTW, I'm pretty sure is incorrect, if we're talking about where you get your info) but not OK for someone else?

Katerkat you're correct, I've never used Snoopygirl on the DIS. Gail was just throwing that out there because she just learned something about me and thought it would bother me. She was wrong.

I didn't mind at all being referred to as Snoopy. She is a great lady, tiara collection and all! :)
