I can't remember how we paid for our return airline baggage fees. I know we put bags out in the hall for direct delivery to the airline. Please refresh me on the procedure for this. Thanks!

The charges are billed to your stateroom account when they process your check-in and print your bag tags the day before departure.

WE fly United and get one bag free each, so we have to go to guest services and
show them our United Credit Card, then they remove the bag fee charges from our account.

Exactly what I was going to say. If you have any kind of credit card or other promo/FF program that gives you free bags don't leave it to chance that you won't be charged. Be proactive and head down to guest services and make sure they make a notation on your file that you are entitled to free bags for airline check in.
