We are tentatively planning to go to Anaheim in September. Our son is 11 and too big for "normal" strollers and on our last trip to Disney World we rented an Axiom Lassen "stroller" and had no issue finding a service provider. I've been trying to find a similar rental for Anaheim but I'm not having any luck - only finding scooter, regular wheelchairs, and regular strollers. Does anyone have suggestions for where we may find a similar rental in the Anaheim area? Thank you!

Two ideas—
• look for DME rental in Anaheim, Orange County, and surrounding areas.
• consider renting it at home and checking it at the airport. Make sure to identify it as a “Medical stroller” or child wheelchair at the luggage counter and it will fly for free. Or you could check it at the gate and ask to pick it up at the gate when you arrive.

Most airlines let you check car seats and strollers for free. I have flown almost every major and minor airline in the US with car seats and strollers never once did I have to pay to check a car seat or pay to gate check a stroller.
