I can't find what my FI wants for his bday...maybe you can help?

Does anyone know where to buy a hole punch that makes 1/4 inch square holes without breaking the bank?

This is the only thing my fiance wants for his bday next week and I have not been able to find one anywhere. Checked Michaels, AC Moore & Home Depot. Nothing. I've looked online and while I found square hole punches, I did not find any that make the squares that small.

Does anyone know where something like this could be found or will he just have to continue manually cutting the squares out?

Sorry, maybe this is a dumb question.. but what kind of hole punch are you talking about? Like, for paper, wood, metal, or..?

Paper and very thin tin (like soda cans). He does art based on old school video games. It involves drawing a design and then coloring it by arranging things that match the color he needs (he uses recycled paper and cans) into 1/4 inch squares. Like a mosaic almost.
