I am going home for a while

We are leaving in a few hours. First we will be in Hot Springs, AR over the 4th and then to Houston.

I won't be back before the 13th but I will take my laptop and check in as often as I can.

The good news is that just about everyone in our family is on Atkins. No temptations Actually, while I'm still in ketosis I haven't had any temptations in a very long time. But still, it makes it easier for all of us to be following the same eating plan.

Just thought I would let y'all know.
