I have never been told “ No tough luck policy “ from USO .
I purchased over 10 years ago a 3 Day get day free both park to park access offer from my
AAA in Kansas . Never used them and presented at window expecting Sorry because the photocopy’s of everything was barely legible. They basically asked me what I wanted .I asked for the 3 days for grandsons visit during holiday week (he wasn’t even born then … That trip was cancelled and they have extended it to include this holiday week visit.
I also realized I had not cancelled that Hard Rock Reservation and they allowed me to use that deposit towards this years visit.
Please try again . Do not give up.
