**40th Birthday Alert**

Join us for the Bash on the Boat ... :thumbsup2

October 24th, 2009 ... Disney Magic 7-night Eastern Cruise

I think that Erica and I can not only drink each other under the table each night, but I think that we can also drink each other under the pool loungers, under the Cove Cafe wicker chairs and tables, under the buffet at Palo, and maybe even drink each other into the Rainforest. :rotfl2:

Jay and I have a date with destiny at the Guavaberry Emporium in St. Martin. We each have fully functional livers and we're not afraid to abuse them. ;)

Out to finish the holiday shopping ... wish us luck.

Be safe everyone! :goodvibes

Aww, one week later than I could possibly go lushing around with you wacky people. I bet we all would have been a wild bunch. ;)

The cruise date is 2 days before my 50th birthday! My DH and I have always talked about going on a Disney Cruise and have no trips scheduled for 2009 so far! We might be seeing you guys.:cool1: Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Brenda.:thumbsup2

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! To Brenda & Jay and all of her groupies!

But did y'all have to bring up birthdays???! I'll turn ... ugh this is hard to type 49 tomorrow! How the heck did that happen? So I don't think this old brain & body will allow me to plan for a cruise that far away.

Brenda, Thanks for the milk punch recipe! I think it's just what my old bones need, a new cocktail with milk to help me get through another birthday!!!

Twist my arm, why don't you? Ok, Rob and I are in....sans kids:rotfl:

Back to WDW food...so far I have decided on Crystal Palace, Coral Reef, Ohana dinner, HDDR.....I have 10 days. Give me more ideas. I will have my kids for the WDW trip (15, 12, 8).

I'm at work right now but I will update tonight unless the DIS decides it permanently hates me ... honestly, does it need to take 15 minutes to post a response???

Happy New Year to you all and belated Happy Birthday to Shovan!!! :goodvibes

But isn't 15 minutes enough time to get up and get a nice drink and some cheese and crackers?

Actually you could probably send out for a pizza too... :rolleyes1

Brenda and Erica I'm sorry if you thought I was calling you a kid.

You can call me a kid whenever you want - I try not to act like an adult if I don't have to (it's no fun!). And believe it or not, I don't mind kids on the cruise ... because I make sure we hang out in places where they're not permitted! :rotfl2:

Just teasing. I'm not sure you'd want your kids around me or my hubby on a cruise - we just encourage bad behavior (for unwritten elevator tag rules, please see me).

Come along and join the fun! :goodvibes

Hope your holiday was a good one! Did you try the milk punch? Did your face go numb after the first glass? Mine always does and then I have another glass and my parents usually show up just as I'm finishing and they never quite understand why I'm slurring my speech and giggling over the food. :lmao:

Aww, one week later than I could possibly go lushing around with you wacky people. I bet we all would have been a wild bunch. ;)

Are you sure you can't come? Konk Koolers are ever so yummy!

Join us!!! And if you book with Dreams before the end of the month you'll get a double on-board credit that you can spend at the bar or the other bar or that bar that no one ever goes where they serve a mean martini. :thumbsup2

Sheryl, happy belated birthday!! Hope you had a good one and I hope you liked the milk punch. We got that recipe from Commander's Palace ... I can't wait to go back there and get sloshed while eating the 10-course chef's menu.

That dinner was one of the very few times I've actually seen Jay show the effects of alcohol. It's a miracle we made it out of the restaurant alive. :lmao:

Hiya, Sistah P!! Paige and Rob have been brave enough to offer to share a table with Jason and me on this cruise ... ;)

More ideas ... read on my dear friend! :goodvibes

It's funny that you should say that ...

I've had some cheese and soup for dinner and am even now contemplating my alcoholic beverage of choice for this next segment ...

Irish Cream?

Port?

Wine?

Whiskey?

Whisky?

Wodka?

Hmmmmmmm....

Oh Brenda, I thought of you at our family Christmas. We are not fancy folk. (Hicks, no?)
My immediate family has delved into the world of wine as of late, but usually the choices are light beer, or, in John's case, beer so chunky you can eat it with a fork.
I have been out of practice the last few years, being pregnant and/or nursing, so anything that tastes like alcohol doesn't appeal to me.

So my brother shows up with this lovely little bucket of something all icy and creamy looking, and I must admit I was intrigued.

What's in the bucket bro?

"Brandy Alexanders!"

I don't even know what that is, but sign me up.

My, may I just say, that when there is ice cream involved, and a drink is sooooo smooooooth that you can't taste the alcohol...
well, it goes down very well! :thumbsup2

So I may not be a foofy food person, but I think I am coming around to the allure of foofy drinks.

Happy New Year, by the way!

Looking forward to the update!
