Hula Hooping in Epcot

I had heard from several people that Epcot has some kind of hula hooping contest to participate in. The child can receive a trading pin and there is a special prize for the one who can last the longest. Does anybody know anything about this or if this is still something they do?

I have a 6-year old who can hula hoop like it is nobody's business.
