Hugs & thoughts needed updated post #51

We have just had to take our dog to the vets as he has been unwell since Saturday. He couldn't eat even though he wanted to.

The vet has taken bloods & xrays & think it could be his liver. He is being moved to there other surgery for obs overnight & has been put on a drip.

He is getting on but he is part of the family. I just hope he pulls through

We lost our dog last year - it's the only time I've seen my DH cry!

I hope he pulls through bless him. We had a Cavalier King Charles who had liver problems and a heart murmor. Had 3 strokes too. He was such a cute dog. He was on a lot tablets including milk thistle for his liver or something. I hope he makes it. Its horrible seeing your dog be unwell. Big hugs.

Thanks everyone We haven't heard anything else today which is good as they usually contact us straight away if things change.

I know he is in the right place & he is a fighter who has had cancer & has metal pins in both of his back legs (yes we have a bionic dog )
