HS with a 2 year old

What would be your top attractions? I'm figuring out fast passes.

Will do - Toy Story and Playhouse Disney.

What would be your 3rd priority?

I suppose it depends. I find HS not an ideal park for little ones. Choose something you want to experience. When we visited with my 2 year old, she was most excited to stand in line to meet characters outside (no FP for that!) if your child likes Frozen, you could go with that, but you really don't need a FP. We tend to pick Star Tours as our 3rd choice, but not for our little one.
