How well do magicbands fit on small children?

I got my daughter and Elsa magicband which she loved wearing. She has tiny wrists so I made it smaller. The problem was the rubber rubbed on her wrist and created a scab or something

Another chiming in that it won't be a problem for the kids. I've always had to make mine child size too as the adult settings would slip off. So they are very customizable for everyone from small kids (the 2.5 yo wore one on both our 2018 trips to be like everyone else) to middle sized adults to larger folks. MB got you covered.

How do you take the outside off?
DGS is almost 4, and I'm worried it will be too big.
