I was commenting on the fact that we never were stopped to get measured, that is all. Sheesh.
However after reading your second post I have to point something out. The height restrictions are not decided based on what they feel children can handle. The height is based on the safe size a child must be so that the restraints on the vehicle will properly protect the child. That is why a ride such as Primevil Whirl can have the same height as RnRC when RnRC is far more intense. Just because you know your child can safely handle the ride, does not mean the ride can safely handle your child.
A few weeks before we went, she saw her DR. and in stocking feet she was 40" tall... so with shoes on she was most likely a fair bit over that.
