How to request close rooms at Kidani?

Our group will have three different villas at Kidani, each reserved under a different name for each family. How do I make the request that our rooms are near each other - they do not need to connect or be right next to one another? Do I need all the reservation numbers? And should each of us (lead person on the reservation) make the same request during online check-in?

MS can attach a “traveling with” designation. A call or chat with the reservation numbers should be all you need to set that up - caveat is I have not needed to do this. But, I’m sharing advice I have read here numerous times. Good luck

I just did this a few minutes ago. All I needed was the reservation number for my brother’s reservation and they were able to put in the request.
