How to plan for 2007?

I am still wondering about the AAA question. Do you have to book through AAA to get the AAA discount? ANyone??

To the best of my knowledge, no. I booked thru Melissa @ Magical Journeys and currently have a room only ressie with 07 guaranteed rates. The way I understand it is that when Disney releases the packages they "generally" release the AAA rooms also. MJ can then convert my room only to package and get me the AAA discount on the rooms, it is my understanding that to get AAA discounted tickets they must be purchased thru AAA, but I am not positive on that point.

Once the AAA rates com out you can book a AAA rate directly through Disney, your TA, or AAA it's self.

Keep in mind that if you want to do the dining plan you MUST book through AAA. You cannot get the AAA rates with the dining plan through Disney.
