How to pay at carts

We are going in May and this is our first time during the pandemic.
When buying food from carts, like a pretzel or ice cream, or at the Epcot Flower & Garden festival cart, how do you pay?
Do they accept cash? Use Magic Band or the app?

Any/all forms of payment work at the food carts.

Can't help you with the carts and we rarely get anything from them but at F&G I always buy the gift card that is on a wrist strap and use it. I find it easier to just hold up my arm and let them scan it then dig out my cc or cash. I never use my MB to pay for anything, mostly because I tend to stay at Dolphin but also for some reason I just feel better either using cash or a cc. I always (pre-Covid) carry a little cash with me because I have had times when the cash registers won't take anything but because they are down. The gift card can be used at any Disney owned establishment so carts, stores, restaurants, F&G booths. Let's me kid myself that I'm budgeting too.

The carts take the same forms of payments as everywhere else (e.g., credit, magic bands, apple pay, Disney Gift Cards, etc.)
