How quickly do Priority/Premier passes run out?

From your experience, which passes ran out first? At what time did it become impossible to get one?

Separately (kinda) I'd love to buy a B&B and Splash Mountain but wasn't sure if that's feasible, if the Splash Mountain passes go quickly?

Frozen Premier Access runs out first followed by the other attractions in Fantasy Springs. If you don't have Happy Entry, don't expect to be able to get Frozen Premier Access.

Other popular premier access attractions like Beauty and the Beast tend to run out between 10AM and noon. Splash Mountain should run out by early afternoon in the summer but can last until late afternoon on low crowd days in the winter. Popular Priority Passes usually start running out around 11 something but it varies widely based on crowd levels.

We were able to get 50th anniversary passes til around 1pm each day of our trip this past week Monday -Thursday. It really wasn’t very crowded as no line reached over 60 minutes. We were able to walk on to Beauty and the beast during the nighttime parade. We had a priority pass for it as part of our vacation package but we rode it 4 times during our 2 days at Disneyland with minimal wait. The school is getting out next week for summer so I think our timing was perfect for low wait times too.

If we didn’t have the daily priority passes that were included already with our vacation package we didn’t feel the need to buy extra. We had the fantasy springs pass so we did each ride twice that day but didn’t feel like we needed to ride them over and over again. We did do happy entry at the last minute before they started letting in the regular line and got fantasy spring entry and frozen standby on our second day with entry around noon. We also set up a mobile order at Snuggly duckling around 9am which was for pick up around 1pm after our frozen standby time. A lot of time slots were already gone by 9am for the mobile order.

We were towards the front of the regular entry crowd at TDL and got a 9:45-10:45 Beauty and the Beast return time. As soon as I scanned into BatB I got a noon-ish Premiere Access time for Splash. There were still evening return times for BatB available well into the late afternoon. This was on a Wednesday in mid-June for comparison.
