Would DD9 & DD6 enjoy cricut? Are they old enough to handle it properly?

Thanks for your thoughts!:)

my 3 year old likes it - needs help with it - but likes to push the button when i tell him to. DS 6 could probably do it on his own with supervision and some reminders.
they both like making things for family, friends, teachers, decorations for the holidays, thier rooms, etc.
i think your children would be able to use it for school projects.
hope this helps

My 10 yr old grandson uses it by himself for school projects, and does a pretty good job too.

hmm.. supervised or unsupervised?? Either of those ages for me, would require me to supervise (be in the room) with them.. For me, i waited a long time to afford the Cricut expression, and i would be bummed if the kid broke it. LOL
Now, if it were a cuttlebug or sizzix, i would let them (especially the older) do it on their own...

My 10 year can do it just fine.
My 6 year old doesn't read real well yet, but knows where the main load/unload, cut buttons are. :thumbsup2 He gets mad when I try to help. :rotfl2:

My 8 year old uses it on her own (with me in the room). She also has a Cuttlekids and uses my Cuttlebug too.
