How much walking in USH/WB? How crowded lately?

Wondering how big USH and WB is. We'll be going to WB/USH after our DL/DCA stay and may be a bit tired from 4 days of running about. Also how bad have the crowds been? (We'll be at WB on 8/30 and USH on 8/31. ) Thank you!

Warner Brothers is a true studio tour, not a theme park. Most of the tour is spent on a cart, but there are points where you step off to visit certain sets and experiences. Really not too much walking at all.
Universal Studios Hollywood is both a theme park and a working studio. The studio tour there is all on a tram. Otherwise, you’ll be on foot most of the day.

Agree with all of this, but want to add that while you will walk a lot at USH, it will not be near as much as you walk at DLR/DCA. They have less attractions, and what they do have is much closer together. So yes, it will be a workout, but it's not at all the same as a Disney parks workout.
