Don't remember how much it cost, but we bought a foil balloon last trip , let the air out of it before weleft , when we got home I took it to a place where they sell hellium balloons and got it blown up again!
I know Disney is expensive, and I'm willing to pay waaaaaay more for things in WDW than I would outside of the World... but $10 for a balloon!?! I'm glad I don't have kids yet!

It's clear you don't, because around here a party store will charge $8-10 for a Mylar balloon, and a gift store/card store charges more.

that was such a really nice gestureWe've paid $10 for a less fancy balloon (like the mickey balloon in the large plastic balloon) and (don't quote me on this one) I think that the princess ones were $12. We bought them at the beginning of our 10 day trip and gave them to an arriving family when we were leaving because they were still in perfect shape!
i didnt know that...Remember if you are staying at AKL or KV you can not keep it in your room. It must be given to the desk for safe keeping.

those fancy mylar disney princess balloons at a party store are no where near two dollars trust me...if I have to throw one more disney princess partyHere in NYC (not a cheap place to live!) you can get Mylar balloons for about $2 at the dollar store - not sure what they would be at a specialty store.
Yeah, I know what you're saying..I'd be a mean mommy, because there would be no way I'd pay $10 for a balloonI know Disney is expensive, and I'm willing to pay waaaaaay more for things in WDW than I would outside of the World... but $10 for a balloon!?! I'm glad I don't have kids yet!
