We started with 210, but added another 100 earlier this year bringing our total to 310 at AKV. As the kids get older, they want to take friends along to hang with instead of their very cool parents which means we need larger accommodations. As of right now, we usually let DS 16 take someone which requires accommodations that allow us to sleep 5 such as a 1 BR villa meaning we needed the extra points.

Thinking of buying some more OKW as we like staying there. Will probably wait until after we've borrowed as many points as possible before buying more. Also thinking about taking 1.5 to 2 years off to let points build back up. We bought a resale contract with points had built up and then we also borrowed.

We don't care about using points for cruises, so we're hoping that resale prices will drop some in the next year.

150 at OKW. I would like to add on up to about 325 points. We will pay cash, so, we have to save up. I also don't want the MF's until DH goes back to work after finishing school. I think our current contract should get us through the next 2 or 3 years. We just recently closed, and the contract had 132 points banked.
