how many points to do you have? we are thinking of adding on to our 160, as our kids get older and we will want some alone time.

We'll likely round it up to an even 500 in the next couple of years and probably at AK unless something new comes along that piques our interest more. Something with a Polynesian flair could probably get our attention (and we've never even stayed there! LOL).

There are only my wife, our DD(6) and me but we've become spoiled by the one bedrooms and we like to vary between 2-3 times per year for 6-7 days at a time. Simple math proves 445 just ain't gonna hold me much longer.

If they put some sort of incentive line at 500 points, that will be the proverbial straw.

"Hey, the annual passes are already paid for. All we have to buy is food and gas!" has become my mantra. At least that's what my wife says!

We like our 275, though addonitis may kick in in a few years. Started with 200, then bought an additional 75 point contract when we had some extra cash.

We've had 230 from 1993 until this week, when we added on 160 at Aulani.

We made due all those years with two trips to DW in the early years, but now we're on the West Coast so we go to DL more often. When we do go the DW we stay for almost 2 weeks at a time. Now that our only son is 26 and we're a family and a half, we felt we needed more points. Best part is - our son footed the bill for Aulani and told us we could get some VGC points for ourselves instead.

Nice kid.

Now we're also looking for a small contract (60-100) at VGC.

I know what you mean! We have 800 points.

And we are constantly looking at selling and buying. It's kind of an addiction. I would love to trade our Vero and AKV points for more OKW and BCV. But alas, that just doesn't seem to work with the finances. 100+ points at Aulani might be enticing too.

We only own 182 points at BLT. It is so NOT enough. But we bought what we could handle, and it's paid for, so that is good.

We would like to add on eventually, hoping to settle into 2-3 trips a year, but with 182 points we are barely covering our one trip. We have already borrowed all of 2012's points to cover our trip later this year. Gonna keep my eye on small resales with the same UY we now have and hope DH gets a good raise or bonus sometime soon.

Would love to own at an Epcot resort, and the resale prices sure beat what we paid direct through Disney last year. ($98... coulda been worse!)
