I am sure this question has come up before. Just curious how many of us are annual passholders. We just got our renewal in the mail. The only reason we are annual passholders now is that we moved within 6 hours and it's just a quick trip down for us. We take extended weekend trips usually in off peak seasons now.

SO who else is an annual pass holder and how long have you been one??

No. But there were a few years there that in hindsight we should have bought AP's. We had no idea that we would have been going back within the year.

probably about 10 years....we will visit 2 or 3 times a year.

We have had ours for about 3 years now. We used to go all the time but now with an 8 month old it is not as easy to just get up and go.

This is the first time in years we do not have an AP. I want to try the meal plan. I used it for the discounts on rooms & they have not been great.

I will be in January, as I'll be going for the Half-Marathon, for a graduation trip in May, and then for a biannual trip with my mom and a group of disabled adults in Dec.

My mom and dad have been annual passholders for years.

I was until yesterday. My last day for it was 9/9. :guilty: But I did get 32 days worth of admission out of one pass. Pretty good for a guy who lives 900 miles away. :thumbsup2

DD and I are both AP holders. We've had APs for about five years.

Ours just expired. We have new vouchers but will not be activating them for a little while yet. We have had APs to WDW for about 10 years and one year we had active APs to DL and WDW.

Not to Disney World, but to Disneyland I have a Silver Pass.

I was an AP to DL for about 10 years before DH landed a job at the studio.

We are - until December. We have done them about every other year since 2000.

We'll get two or three trips in with the passes, then skip a year or only make one trip on our "off" year. DVC helps too:flower3:

We'll see about future years - dd#1 is away at college and dd#2 is in high school. There interests are changing....both are on a campaign for a trip to NYC and DH and I are ready for some beach time.

I do get the Disney "itch" though! :rolleyes1

We've had passes for 4 years and average 3.5 trips per year. I think we spend about 20 days a year at Disney.

I have AP's for the four of us at both Disneyland and WDW. This is probably the last year I will have them at DL but dont' anticipate not ever having them for WDW. Its great when a good airfare pops up and I can use points for our lodging and have AP's in place. Makes me feel like I am getting such a deal! Of course we haven't been to our local amusement park in ten years which is sort of strange I guess.;)

I've had AP pass since 2003. With the discount on the rooms it was worth it for our yearly trips.

Not sure if it will pay for me or not. I would never do more than 2 trips per year, if that. But...when I do go, it's a 10 night minimum and I'm hoping for 2 weeks next September. Unofficial Guide said that even seven nights will be enough to probably be worth it. I don't want to do the free dining if I don't have to, so the only room rate discount I could probably get is an annual pass discount. Doubtful Disney will offer other incentives in Sept. other than free dining. I don't think you can do both. I'd prefer not going any other month. I love going in Sept! I guess I have to crunch the numbers and see.

I've never had APs but am thinking seriously about buying them for my family for Christmas. Nothing scheduled at the moment, but I could see as many as four WDW trips for us in 2008. If so I'd probablu also buy waterpark APs. We've never been to TL or BB, but I'd sure love to go.

We do! I'm not sure how long we have had them...probably about 5 years.

I love my AP. I hope to always keep one and always have the chance to make good use of it. I believe I have already gotten 16 days out of this one!

It is so nice to be able to come and go as you want without worrying about using days up and all that. DVC discount helps also!

People around here are fascinated to hear that we have APs to WDW and not to Dollywood! LOL

We have been annual passholders for about 5 years. It really works out well for us. This year we will have 4 Trips to Disney. We went in February, April are going in October for our 25th anniversary and during Christmas.
