For the last 3 years we have flown only Continental and US AIR strictly because of FF miles and both "hub" airports (Cleveland and Pittsburgh) are only 1 hour away from us.
Living in Pittsburgh, we don't have alot of choices, especially non-stop.
USAirways (too many times to count!)

Sun Country Charter to Las Vegas (Apple Vacations)
Those charter airlines aren't great, the planes are old and cramped. The one to Las Vegas was really bad, an old 727, no leg room.
