How long to transfer points

Anyway....if I do need the points, do I just post on the rent/trade board for the points. And then, how long does it take to transfer them into my account once I've paid for them?

Also, hubby just thinks we should do end of January to save the points. I am worried about the weather being too cold. We were just in the world Jan 4th and the weather was great....but I doubt we would get the same warmth next year too. Would you just do January or purchase the extra points to go the first week of may which will definitely be warm.??

All I want to know is how long it takes to transfer points from one account to another. And is it hard to get someone to sell you their points for transfer?

It doesn't take long. Once the terms are agreed upon, the points are in your account as soon as the transaction is completed over the phone with MS. Only one transfer per calendar year in or out. Good luck!
