How long to get to breakfast at Norway?

I have scheduled a breakfast at Akershus for 9:55 am on June 12. I notice that the WS does not open until 11:00am. First of all how long does it take to get there from POR and second how do you get in before that park opens? Sorry, but I am new to all of this. This board has been a great help so far though.

Allow an hour and a half to get from POR to Akershus. Sometimes the busses run slow, it's quite a walk with little ones from the bus to the gate, to Norway. You will enter the World Showcase on the left, and go to Norway. There will be a CM standing there that won't let you past Norway and will check that you have a reservation.
