My plane arrives into MCO @ 12:27, at what time could I plan to be in the parks.....considering the transportation time (Magical Express), Check in time, etc.? I have never flown before and have not been to WDW in 12 years I was 8 last time I went, so I have no idea what to expect.

Well, it's going to depend on a lot of things. I'll give you two quick scenarios...
1. You arrive on-time at 12:27 and DO NOT pick up your own luggage. You are the 2nd stop on DME and you're staying near Epcot. You arrive at your resort by 1:15 and you check-in by 1:40. You head to the bus stop and you are on a bus to the MK by 1:55. You should be at MK by 2:15.

2. You arrive on-time at 12:27 and DO NOT pick up your own luggage. You are the last stop on DME and you're staying at an All Star resort. You arrive at check-in by 1:40 and you are all checked in by 2:10. You head to the bus stop and catch a bus for MK at 2:30. You arrive at MK by 3:00.

It all really depends on when you land, how long the DME wait is, what stop you are on the bus, where you are staying and what park you are going to.

Our last trip, we used ME and did not pick up our own bags, we were staying at CBR, I think we had our own bus. Our plan landed at just a few minutes past 10:00am, we were outside our hotel waiting for our rental car pickup at 11:30. Had we not been doing that, I'm going to figure we could've been in a park by noon, if not a wee bit earlier.

The average time from the plane landing to check-in at the resorts is 70-90 mins via ME
