how long for a refund on an FTP pkg

How long do you think it will take them to credit our Amex card for our FTP package?

I believe merchants have up to thirty days to credit funds back to a credit/debit card. In most cases it happens much sooner however I do believe they have a thirty day window (not just Disney but all merchants).

The last time I got a refund from Disney it took over two months to show on my credit card. When I called CRO the CM told me that was normal with the system they use.

My experience: they say 30 days but it usually only takes around a week for AMEX.

I agree with floridafam , I check my account status online, and ours showed up within a week. ~~
