I was very happy that @calypso726 introduced me to her TA. It was a crazy, busy morning at work, with back-to-back meetings, and there's no way I could have sat on hold with ABD for that long!

The comments here and on FB have definitely convinced me of the value of using a travel agent to book going forward...if we book an ABD for 2020 I don't think I'll attempt to do it myself as I have in the past.

Yes, after reading all of this, I sent my travel agent a note telling her how much we appreciate her. My party of 5 was booked with a confirmation by 8:30 am.
