how long did you wait on hold?

Wow I called the Costco line right at 8 and waited about 3 minutes!

I had to book my ABD through DVC because I was using points and was astonished that they didn't have preference with ABD in the queue. I know people will probably say they shouldn't, but I think they should! I was on hold for almost two hours when my phone died. I then had to call back and was told I had to start the process over again. The second time I was only on hold for about an hour before they were able to book my China ABD. I expressed concern to the DVC rep and they said that management had taken note of the process throughout the day and that they were sure there would be some changes for next year.

Every time I call Tauck they pick up after the third ring. Even if I could speak to Gandhi or Einstein I would never hold for 4 hours.

I finally got through after 3 hours 45 minutes. The Vacationista was wonderful, though. Somehow she has kept her good humor all day. England and France and Disneyland Paris, here we come!

When are you going? I booked for March 29, 2019.
