How late at Hank's at OKW?

How late does Hank's Rent 'n' Return operate in the winter months? I'd like to rent a surrey for my family to take an after dinner ride like we have on the Boardwalk but not sure where people would typically take those bikes-on the pedestrian sidewalks? Or the roads with the buses?
Does anyone have any experience with this? We'll be there end of February. Thank you!

You won't want to take the surrey bike on the roads. And I don't think they have lights on them. I think Hank's is open until 7:30, but they might not rent surrey bikes after dark.
