How is Disney in May?

Ok, we are debating on going in May now....but how are the crowds/weather compared with Sept? I've found a few websites that say it's cooler in May. We went in April a few years ago and it was hot, not unbearable, but hot. No rain..Just wondering if that's a good time to go. Early May, 1st or 2nd week...Thanks!

This will be our first visit in May this year but we have been in Sept a couple of time and it is still very hot then. Our last visit in Sept it was in the high 80's and 90's during our trip. The good part of Sept is that it has very low crowds.

DH and I always go the third and last week of May. Weather is very hot, but to me not unbearable. Of course I do live in FL. Crowds are tolerable but definitely take advantage of fastpass. Also take advantage of fastpass especially if you chose to go into parks on an EE day.
It does rain in May but not for very long extended periods of time. Have your ponchos ready!

May is our favorite time to tour. Crowds are manageable, especially with fastpass. Gets hot, but I imagine it is very similar to September.
