After watching the Food network Disney special my kids and my DH want to do breakfast there. THe only reason I haven't booked it is because I'm afraid it will trigger a panic attack in me. Just to note I don;t take meds and I haven't had an attack in a long tome. Passing throught the CR it looks to me like CM is very open spaced, high ceilings, atrium lilke design. Is this how the design is? And once you exit the monorail how do you get to CM? Is it on the same level? The whole CR is not for me because of the layout. I would be fine in CM if it wasnt atrium like. This is the only resturant that I am apprehensive about. Oh and I won't do Fantasmic!

CM's is very open. The monorail runs a few floors above it, I believe. You can go up a few floors and look down on CM's. I think I have some photos I will look for them now. :goodvibes

the buffet part is open but they can give you a seat along the side of the comtemp (it's behind the buffet over near the kitchens)where the ceilings are lower (normal height) and it's more of a restaurant feeling.

Hi ... We love Chef Mickeys - once we were seated at the back (looks like the above pic) It was all enclosed and not like the atrium style on the front. I am sure you can request that and let them know ahead of time. Hope you go and enjoy it :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes
