I sent an email to Palio's regarding a delicious swordfish entree I had on a previous visit, asking them if it might be available during our trip in May. I received a phone call the next day asking me how the swordfish was prepared, because the chef has agreed to make it the "special" for the evening we will be there!

The "magic" has officially started and our trip is still 19 days away!

Palio is at the Swan (or is it the Dolphin?) It's a short walk from Epcot's World Showcase and regarded as the best Italian food in all of WDW.

Palio's is at the Swan. It is an excellent restaurant, so mellow compared to L'Originale Alfredo of Rome in the World Showcase, and the wine list is absolutely incredible.
