How Early Can I Call?

You'd think I'd remember something THIS important (LOL) but I've forgotten-how early can I call WDW reservations to book a package w/ free dining on Monday morning? TIA!!

thanks so much! that'll be 6 a.m. for me. i'd considered trying booking through AAA JUST IN CASE there was a chance i could get the AAA discount and free dining, but my AAA office doesn't open til 9 a.m. edt, so there's no way i'm waiting 2 hours to call, lol. thanks again!!
