How drunk can you get in Epcot?

Also being from Canada, I would call that bull. However, if somehow this happened to you without dying from exposure, if you were that wasted that you woke up in a puddle, I really doubt that it was a puddle of water.

For one the puddle had a thin layer of ice on it and I fell threw, it was more of a hole with water in it with ice on the top. Where I live the temperature will change by 10 degrees from day to night time and it is not BS. That was freakin cold.

I will be in Epcot November 6, 2011 if anybody wants to party. We are streaking. I am hoping to make it all the way around before being takled by security.

These days will be good times. It would be great to get a whole crowd streaking like a marathon.

Where should we meet to get this drink around the world started? I prefer the evening, nothing good happens before 7 PM.

Who is with me.

They pretty much leave you alone, as long as you’re not bothering anybody or are seriously unwell. The booze isn’t cheap though.

Canadian and Proud! Being from Manitoba means that the only ones that keep up with me while on a tear are from the Maritimes, and I usually lose them on day 2.

Here we often get 20 degree shifts, so I know cold pretty good. What I called bull on was waking up in a puddle (as you first claimed) which seems different from what you are describing now.

In any event, we are all entitled to make our own fun, so have fun next November! But save up, because as others have mentioned, its a pricey adventure! You might even consider the monorail challenge first, as a training attempt. Just watch out for puddles

All I can say is, don't drink a ton of champaigne before getting on Mission Space. Especially not if you're about to meet your bf's family for the first time. Not that i'd know from experience or anything.

Not to stir the pot, but first, its not a "family" park, you are not required to have a family, be a family or even like your family to enter. Second, if the park did not want you to drink in the park, they would not serve alcohol (think Magic Kingdom). What qualifies others to say it is ok, is the same thing that qualifies you to say it isn't....nothing. Live and let live

I've tried to get drunk at Epcot, but alas, my wallet couldn't handle it. DH & I wanted to get one wine at each F&W booth on our honeymoon (and split the glass) but we only made it to like, 7 of them, before we were running out of cash and felt kind of sick.

I've never seen anyone obnoxiously drunk at Epcot.

I really don't mind it if people are a little tipsy and enjoying themselves.

My only beef, is many feel less inhibited and decide they can smoke anywhere. I'm severely allergic to cigarette smoke and on a few occasions have been trapped in a slow moving crowd behind a smoker and have had difficulty getting away.

If you're a drinker who smokes, please, please stick to the designated smoking sections.

I've never seen anyone drunk at Epcot, nor have I ever been drunk. I limit myself to one drink a night there, if even that. They are just so dang expensive...I'd love to drink around the world but it requires budgeting (would cost at least $100 if not more) and plannng (having a designated driver, time to recover, ect.). It's just not practical for me to attempt something like this yet, even though I am 21 and you'd think I'd have no inhibitions

Unless Epcot is having evening EMH, the park usually closes at 9 pm. Starting at 7 pm might be starting too late! That's only two hours to drink your way around the world! Check the hours for that day when they are available.

I better start at noon then. I will start in Mexico and work my way to my homeland Canada(the big red machine). Once I get to Canada I will give the secret pass word and I will get the Canadian VIP treatment.

The one piece of advice I've not seen is whatever you are drinking, don't mix!
If you start with beer, stick with beer. Start with wine & stay with wine. Mixing is just painful!

We always gauge how drunk folks are by the viking hats.
The really, really drunk folks seem to feel compelled to buy viking hats in Norway & wear them proudly.

I rarely drink and don't understand how getting loud, stumbling and stupid is considered fun. Always seems to be like something you should outgrow, certainly before you start a family. However, based on long observation, it appears that Disney will let you pay for drinks as long as you don't make yourself a danger to yourself or others and watch your marble-filled mouth.

The only bad thing about it I can think of is the hangover the next day. I can't image touring MK with a hangover trying to ride the rides and all the crowds... What a nightmare.

I'm with you on that one. I have a very low tolerance for alcohol and get terrible headaches the next day. I would be useless in the parks the day after.
