You could take the bus to DHS and then walk to BWI from there.

Or, if you have hoppers, you could do the same from Epcot.

You don't need them from DHS, from the front gate it is about 17 minutes (we timed it once, and that was walking with our girls. )

From Epcot might be quicker but you would need hoppers in order to go into the park and exit through International Gateway.

You could also take the boat/bus from WL to MK and then hop on a bus to the Boardwalk Inn from there. You wouldn't need a park ticket for that. Just another option.

I would take the boat from WL to MK and then the BWI bus. You could also take the boat to CR and walk to the MK bus stop.
