Hi - Someone mentioned the other day that the CM on the phone was able to check both of her accounts for a PIN. Was this by name or email?
I called last month, and she just looked at my name and address and verified the email she had and said I didn't have anything. Then I had her check my hubby's, my mother in laws, and my 2 brothers in law (all traveling with us) NADA.
But I think over the last year, I've opened about 10 different accounts on 3 different computers in the effort to get a PIN. When I call, should I be asking them to check by email address? I'll call 10 times if I have to
Thanks,
Deb

and it made me think, their must be a pin code attached to his email somewhere in the system.
Don't know why I didn't think of that the 2 times before. So I called Disney and sure enough I gave them his email and the pin was there and we were able to add the
But guess what yesterday the 2nd, a pin came in my email, for the same offer we received the day before using my son's pin.
