After a trying time with customer service upon check-in today, the manager gave us some any time, any experience FPs. They're showing up in MDE labeled "multiple experience." They aren't clickable or customizable. How do I use them? Thanks!
Thank you, Hiro! I was worried about what would happen if we tried to use our regularly scheduled FPs first-- if the system might use one of the freebie ones instead?
As long as you are in the correct return window for a pre-booked FP, you'll be fine. Just don't be too early or too late because then your anytime FP gets deducted.
