how do I download a new font

I would like to download new ones to use for scaprbooking .I have windows 98......I have no clue how to do it.it asks How I want to open it in the future and don't even know that answer.HELP....

I was in your shoes exactly two days ago!
First you will need to install winzip in your computer if you don't have it, you can install a free version on www.winzip.com afterward you just need to find a font you want to download- winzip is what will open it up for you afterwards (hope this is all making sense!).

You can go to www.onescrappysite.com there are tons of great fonts on the website and there is a FAQ which explains how to download and open up your fonts and everything else you need to know!

I now have several new fonts that I can use! If anyone else here can explain this better than me please do!! I tend to complicate things sometimes!
