How cold is the water at TL and BB?? Do they heat it in the winter? We have UPH's and want to take full advantage!

All the pools/water parks are heated at WDW, with the exception of River Country (which is closed anyway).
We're from New England and swim at WDW no matter how cold it is outside. You may have to bundle up as soon as you get out of the pool!
