Suddenly having a wobble over a Christmas trip, concerned it's going to be unbearably busy in the parks! We'll be taking two children who will be nearly 4 and 15 months. I know it will be busy but how busy are we talking? Will I be too busy to enjoy with the kids?

What dates are you thinking of?
If it's Christmas itself I'm unsure but for dates over the Christmas season you are best with midweek around mid/end November, avoiding weekends as this year the parks hit capacity at weekends a few weekends in both November and December iirc. We found the 24th to 28th to be moderate with reasonable waits but we did also have vip FPs so we skipped queueing for Ratatouille. That was probably the longest queue we saw at an hour to 90 minutes. BTM ranged from 10 to 40 minutes. It didn't feel crazy busy and we had loads of walk ons.
hope this helps!

We were thinking 18th-22nd of December so Friday to Tuesday just before Xmas! It's going to be completely rammed isn't it?!

Honestly ... yes...if it is like this year  We were even suprised how many people were there on Christmas day this year compared to previous years.

I would try to go Monday through Thursday if possible as even though it's not dead you can still get things done :)
