How about pictures of alcoholic drinks?

Ok, in an effort to bump this thread up, here's a few drinks I posted a few months ago..............

Wow, I've never heard of a Champagne mojito, that's two of my favourite drinks in one glass! Does it taste as good as it sounds?

It was delicious - and I'm not a Mojito fan, but I do like champagne!:lovestruc Be forewarned though - the price of that drink is $14!:scared1: The price wasn't listed on the menu and the kind of shocked me!

Another thing we have in common, I'm not a mojito fan either but I do loves me some champagne!

PopRocks!! I love those things! Do they pop in the drink?

I got the Yak Attack at the CS location - here's what it looked like......

I remembered they also offered margaritas but don't remember any other mixed drinks; just beer and wine.

:woohoo:

I've been wanting to try the Yak Attack, but we decided to eat at Tusker House on our next trip. It's good to know that I can get the Yak Attack for cs. Thanks for posting your photo!

Oh boy - our Nov.DIS meet is going to be very interesting! Remember - I'm only supposed to stay for one drink; my family will be waiting for me in Epcot!

Actually, the CM puts the PopRocks in the glass first; then slowly pours the martini in - they pop all over.(I found some in my hair by the time I left!) The best part, according to my DD12 - she gets to keep whatever PopRocks are left in the envelope. She loves them too; I just order the martini so she can get free poprocks.:rolleyes1

You're welcome!:goodvibes

I'm wondering if you could also get the CM at the Dawa Bar, right outside the Tusker House, to make a Yak Attack. Does anyone know?

This is something new that they've begun selling at Epcot ... I saw a picture of it in MickeyNicki's dining reviews from June. When I found it at our grocery store I had to buy a bottle ($25). This is called Nuvo L'Esprit de Paris. The back of the bottle provides the following description: Nuvo is a perfect blend of ultra-premium French vodka, French sparkling wine, natural exotic fruit nectar, and a touch of added carbonation. It's 15% alcohol by volume and looks just gorgeous in its bottle, don't you think?

It's pretty sweet, so if you happen to order a glass when you're at Epcot you might want to ask them to serve it over ice to cut the sweetness just a bit.

Wow....I can't believe I missed this thread until today. I've spent the last few hours reading & making a list of the drinks I want to try next month. They are: 1.Backscratcher at Poly 2.Grey Goose Shushie in France 3.Tangerine Daquri in Morrocco 4. Whiskey Flight(Raglan Rd or R &C) 5.Yak Attack at AK 6.Electric Lemonade at Tune-in Lounge 7.YOMD Glowtini at Coral Reef 8. Mojitocoossees at Narcoossees 9.Lapu Lapu at Poly 10.Fiesta Margarita in Mexico, I've already tried this one it's my traditional first drink at WDW. I think that's enough for my 10 night trip, one for each night.:cool1:

Hey Cammie - Maybe we could walk over to EPCOT together after ESPN and have a glass of the pink stuff Brenda just posted......

Brenda - Thanks for this review. I saw a bottle of it at our local liquor store - $21. I'm not crazy about super-sweet drinks so I'm not sure if I want to take the plunge. And, isn't this the drink they put in the light-up champagne flutes? I saw those when I was there in June and was wondering what was in them.

BTW - I LOVE your glass too!

Well, we can do that. But when I get to France - I just can't help myself - I just HAVE to order that Grey Goose slushie! I never seem to get around to ordering anything else!

My pleasure to share the alcoholic love with my friends here on the DIS! :goodvibes

I was lucky enough to try this at a local liquor store in town so I already knew how it tasted before taking the plunge and buying a bottle. It is sweet, but if you drop an ice cube into it and let it breathe for a few minutes it smooths out really nicely - there's still a hint of sweetness but it's not cloying.

I don't know how they were serving it at Epcot since we haven't been back since last October but I know that a light-up champagne flute would catch my eye!

Don't you just love those Mickey glasses? They're so cute!!

All right - I just may have to buy it! Because, after all, if it's sold at Disney, I must have it!

Close your eyes Bendy... drift away to Epcot and if it helps... have Jay hold a flashlight under your flute for effect!!! :lovestruc

I had the sparkling vodka at Epcot in July - it was $15 but came with the light up flute. I liked the drink, didn't find it too sweet, but the best bit was the glass that stayed lit for 3 weeks anytime I added a drink to it!

OMG! November come FASTER!

I'm glad my second job will be starting soon. It will definately make time go by faster.

I've also determined, that I haven't been liking drinking a lot lately... so I hope the fab drinks at Disney aren't the same as the drinks here. I do have lots of stops on my list!

Mine was the Kir Royale, champagne with currant liquor. Here's me and DSIL enjoying ours while waiting for Illuminations. We got them at the same stand as the Grey Goose slushies (yummmmmy!!!) So many good drinks, so little time.
